Welcome to Season Standard. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Season Standard. We operate this store and website everything you see here, from the products to the checkout to give you a straightforward shopping experience (the "Services"). Season Standard runs on Shopify, which powers the backend so we can focus on the shirts.
These Terms of Service, along with any policies referenced below, cover your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services. They include important legal information warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, the works.
By visiting or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services. Simple as that.
Section 1 - Access & Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you're at least the age of majority in your state or province, and that you've consented to any minor dependents using the Services on your devices.
To shop with us, you may need to provide information like your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You're responsible for making sure that information is accurate and current.
You're also solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Your account isn't transferable.
Section 2 - Our Products
We do our best to represent our products accurately photography, descriptions, the whole thing. That said, colors and appearance can vary depending on your screen and device settings. We can't guarantee what you see on your screen will be a perfect match to what arrives.
Product descriptions are subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time, for any region.
Section 3 - Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase not a confirmed sale. Season Standard reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Your order isn't confirmed until we say it is, and payment must be processed first.
Review your order before submitting. We may not be able to cancel it once it's accepted. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we'll reach out using the contact info you provided.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
Your purchases are for personal use not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 - Prices & Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. The price at time of order is the price you pay confirmed in your order email. Prices don't include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless stated otherwise.
Promotional pricing is governed by the terms of each promotion. If there's a conflict between promo terms and these Terms, the promo terms win.
You agree to provide accurate, current payment information and to keep it updated. You confirm that the card you're using is yours and authorized for the purchase.
Section 5 - Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or anything outside our control. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
Section 6 - Intellectual Property
Everything on Season Standard designs, graphics, text, trademarks, product names, slogans belong to Season Standard, our affiliates, or our licensors. It's protected under U.S. and international intellectual property law.
You can use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state law.
Season Standard's name, logo, and slogans are our trademarks. Don't use them without permission.
Section 7 - Optional Tools
We may give you access to third-party tools as part of the Services. We don't control or monitor these tools and provide access to them "as is" no warranties, no endorsements, no liability. Use them at your own discretion.
Section 8 - Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. If you leave our site to visit a third-party link, you do so at your own risk. Any issues with third-party products or services go to the third party not us.
Section 9 - Relationship with Shopify
Season Standard runs on Shopify. All sales are made directly with Season Standard not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us, including any injury, damage, or loss from purchased products. By using our Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your purchases from Season Standard.
Section 10 - Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy. Because we run on Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information to operate and improve the Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge you've read both policies.
Section 11 - Feedback
If you send us ideas, reviews, suggestions, or any other feedback, you're giving Season Standard a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it however we see fit including to improve and promote the Services. You confirm you own the feedback you're submitting and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
We're not obligated to keep your feedback confidential, compensate you for it, or respond to it. We may remove feedback that we determine is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
Section 12 - Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
We're human. Occasionally something on the site may contain a typo, pricing error, or inaccuracy. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time including after an order is submitted.
Section 13 - Prohibited Uses
Use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use our Services to break the law, violate anyone's rights, harass or harm others, transmit false information, send spam, impersonate others, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
We reserve the right to terminate your account without notice if you violate any part of these Terms.

We can terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, at our discretion. You remain responsible for any amounts owed through the date of termination. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
Section 16 - Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEASON STANDARD, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Season Standard, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, or liabilities including reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in full effect.
Section 19 - Waiver; Entire Agreement
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, along with any policies posted on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Season Standard regarding the Services.
Section 20 - Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights without notice to you.
Section 21 - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Season Standard is headquartered. You and Season Standard consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Section headings are for convenience only and don't affect the interpretation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
